
Emma Niven
Founder and facilitator
Emma has a career in training design, facilitation and change management. She is also a qualified ACAS workplace mediator. She has tried to balance her career, not always successfully, with family time and raising two children.
She established Learning for Good in the sunset of her career as her way of staying in touch with and supporting those that are devoting their time and effort to building a stronger and fairer society.

Rachel Smith
facilitator
Rachel grew up in the world of food and catering, working for her parents from a young age. She has over two decades of hands-on experience leading teams, running the hospitality function within a corporate setting/environment. Rachel now works as a coach, mentor and consultant, bringing her movement training and creative skills to help facilitate an approach to the workplace that is embodied, relational and creative. She is focused on helping people lead themselves and their teams well, knowing first-hand what a difference this can make to people's lives.
