All of our training sessions (see below) are designed on a modular basis. Any session can be attended as a stand-alone session or an individual can choose to attend, and hopefully get value from, them all. They can be attended in any order.
Training is run in groups of 16-20 people. It is designed to be interactive and to encourage all participants to share their experiences and thoughts with each other. All training is carried out in person rather than in a virtual environment.
Training is valuable for both junior and senior members of an organisation. We find that all attendees benefit from the variety of perspectives; and organisations can see their staff develop common frameworks and language.
Training sessions are run on a Friday.
